Why On Ramp is the Foundation of Success at Redemption Fitness

If you're thinking about joining Redemption Fitness — or maybe you've already taken the first steps — there's one essential piece of your journey we want to highlight: our On Ramp Program. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or you've been training for years, On Ramp is your personal blueprint for success here.

What Is On Ramp?

On Ramp is a series of six private, one-on-one coaching sessions designed specifically for new members. You'll learn the fundamental movements used in all of our programming, establish your current fitness baseline, identify your personal goals, and build confidence before stepping into a group class setting.

Why Do We Require It?

Because results come from doing things right. We've seen what happens when people skip the foundation — injury, frustration, and quitting. On Ramp ensures you have what you need to thrive from day one.

What Happens After On Ramp?

After completing your six sessions, you'll transition into our group classes with confidence. You'll already know your coaches, the movements, the culture, and most importantly, yourself as an athlete. From there, the sky's the limit.
